Translation Due to our strong focus on computer assisted translation software (CAT-tools), process optimization/automation, and localization engineering, our processes can be tailored to suit each customer's requirements. Most of our customers prefer to submit their documents via e-mail, but we also work via remote access and other methods whenever required.
After receiving the document, we produce a quote within a couple of hours, including a time estimate if no deadline was specified by the client. Once the client approves the quote, we send the document to our suppliers or carry out the required activities in-house. The translation phase is followed by an in-house QA check and the generation of deliverable files.
